Huge withdrawal delay

I have an ongoing withdrawal request of 500 euros with this casino, since the 17th of September.

After 3 business days, that I didn't receive the payment, I started contacting them every day. The answer is always the same.

Please be patient, it will be completed very soon, etc.

27 of September now and still no payment received.

They don't provide any details or an estimate date.

Please help me.
