Delayed payment 1000 EUR since January 5th

Hello,

I have made a withdrawal since the 5th of January and it still has not been processed, I

have contacted the casino many times and they reply each time about the delay and apologize but my withdrawal is still pending

The amount is 1000 € and I have all the conversations and also pictures of my winnings please help me
