Big delay with my withdrawal

Hello.

I have had an ongoing withdrawal 500 euros, with this casino, since 18-9-2024.

3 business days are gone.

When I was in contact with them, they were telling me to be patient.

Last contact was on 27-9-2024 via email, that they were told again to be patient.

Today, I logged in to talk to them via chat, but I was restricted from the chat support. Couldn't start a new chat.


Winnings are coming from real money deposit, with no bonuses.


I would love some help from you, cause I can't find a solution to take my winnings.
