All of my withdrawals are still pending

I would like to file a complaint against Monkey.tilt casino. The disputed balance is 2251 USD.
My first withdrawal went through nearly instantly, but since then, all of my withdrawals are still pending, some of them over a week.

On the 9th of February, I received an email about them requesting some documents required for KYC. I sent them immediately, but got no response back about them receiving the documents or confirmation on passing the verification.

On the 11th of Feb, I contacted the live chat support about my pending withdrawals. They weren't much helpful - I was basically just told to wait some more time and that there's no estimated or maximum time for them to process the withdrawal.

On the 13th of Feb, I contacted the live chat support again, just to make sure my documents even got to them in the first place. They confirmed they did and I passed the verification.

Later that day, I tried to contact email support to ask about more details about my pending withdrawals + to tell them my intention of contacting you. But again, they didn't even bother with replying.
