Mobilebet - Refuses to Accept Valid Payslip Despite Submitting All Required Documents

I am filing this complaint against Mobilebet Casino due to a frustrating verification issue that I have been unable to resolve despite repeated attempts.
Mobilebet requested three payslips as part of their verification process. I submitted all three, and they accepted two without issue. However, they have repeatedly rejected the third payslip, claiming it is not an “original payslip.” This is simply not true. The third document I provided is 100% original and identical in format and source to the two they accepted.
In an effort to comply, I have re-downloaded the third payslip in multiple formats and from different devices, ensuring it is unmodified and authentic. Yet they continue to reject it without giving a clear explanation or any guidance on how to proceed. This has caused unnecessary stress and delays.
I am fully cooperating with all their requests and have no problem providing any documentation they require. However, it is unreasonable for Mobilebet to accept two payslips from the same source and format, but arbitrarily reject the third without cause.
I kindly ask AskGamblers to assist in resolving this issue and to help ensure that Mobilebet Casino treats this verification process fairly and consistently.
