Llama Casino - Missing payout

Have visited this site lots of times but i never thought that i would have to write a complaint myself. But my (ongoing) experience with this casino made it impossible not to, unfortunately. On the 21st of oct. after a couple of deposits i was lucky enough to win about 2000euro (after wagering through the bonus requirements) and requested a withdrawal. After a loooong time they wanted my docs (which were approved)...and finally after a month i got a mail saying the transaction was carried out and would take 3-5 working days and i even got a reciept. But now..12th of january i still havent gotten the winnings! The reason for this..is allegedly due to the fact that they used a company called transferwire who "lost" the money somehow. My bank have no records of the transaction at all which is truly weird.. especially since..all bank account details/codes are correct.. However..it shouldnt be my problem that they failed to send the money..right?? Think ive waited enough Jesus!:( This must be the slowest casino in the history of online casinos..If you send a mail and get a repy within a week..you are lucky!.....If anyone here can help me, id be very grateful. I opened account 2 weeks ago Used 100% promotion by depositing 150 euros with neteller.After playing couple of hours I wan more than 1000 euros and was wagering bonus,but suddenly my account was locked.They wrote me an email informing me that my account is under investigation. Now is more than 2 weeks they are not answering my emails and simply ignoring me.
