Withdrawal not processed in specified time frame set by the casino

Why did you decline my claim? As you said to come back and re file if it remains unprocessed in the time frame given by the casino.

It already has been passed the specified time frame!

Their terms state withdrawals will be processed within 1 business day. That's now been and gone!

I made my withdrawl of 227.50 on Friday afternoon. Its now Monday night. And still had no communication from them. All I keep being told is sorry it's being reviewed. And ignoring their own terms and time frames.

The time frame has already passed as per their own terms! I did explain this in my previous filed complaint.

I have emailed them several times aswell. And no communication from them either.

As apparent from the submitter's latest post, the AskGamblers Complaint Team concluded that Mango Casino acted in line with the terms and conditions, and there was no ground for a complaint. Therefore, we have decided to reject the complaint.

Mango casino have since closed my account and confiscated my winnings and only gave me my deposits back.

Mango casino is part of progress play. Which at the time of registering i didn't know. Progress play have 100s of websites using different names under progress play. I self excluded from one of their sister sites a while ago. I wasn't aware of them being linked.

So they have decided not to pay my winnings!! Was 55 pound and 227.50!
