Magik Slots Casino - Unable to withdraw funds

I have been playing at Magik Slots for a while now and accumulated 200 euros. I would like to make a withdrawal and when I go to the Withdrawal section on my account, I keep getting the information saying I can't withdraw because my account balance is either zero or comprised entirely of bonuses. Now, none of this is true. I only got a 30 euro bonus at the beginning, and spent 230 euros at the casino, so I should be able to withdraw some funds.

It seems that Magik Slots customer service doesn't exist. I'm surprised to see comments here saying there is live support. There isn't! I wrote them numerous messages and tried to call them on their phone number but it said: "Please wait for the next available agent" and hung up immediately after. The same happened several times. So, something is very shady with this company.

I'm desperately hoping to find help here, Askgamblers. Please help.

Please be advised that when you created an account at the casino you agreed to accept all the terms and conditions of the casino.

When a player makes their first deposit they automatically receive a deposit bonus. The Bonus Terms and Conditions states, that:

“All Deposit Bonuses will automatically be credited to the player upon a successful Deposit.

Canceling a Bonus by players can be made by contacting support 24/7. The Bonus can be canceled as long as the player did not make a single bet.

If a player wishes not to receive an automatic Bonus by the system, the player may do so by contacting support 24/7.

The bonus Wagering Requirements are applied to the deposit and bonus money.

Withdrawing funds excluding the Bonus amount can be made only after the player completed the wagering requirements."

You created the account on the 14th of March 2019 and made the deposit. We can confirm that you played both bonuses and deposit.

When we examined your account we found that you have not sent an email request to removed the bonus before playing. Please be advised that the Casino Live Chat is always available from 5:00 till 24:00 GMT +1 time.

We can understand your frustrations, however, this is the reason why you are not able to request a withdrawal at this time.
