Pending withdrawal for a week

I am completely verified player and Lukki casino states it will process payments in 48 hours. My Skrill withdrawal has now been pending for almost a week. I have contacted support several times but only gotten generic answers stating that my bank withdrawal is pending. But this is not a bank transfer but a Skrill withdrawal.

Hope you can help.

Hi. Case is resolved: I got paid. They said it was an error on Skrill side but they still had me waiting for 10 days without any proper communication. Thank you Askgamblers and word of warning about this casino.

The casino cancels the withdrawal of funds and does not solve the problem

I have successfully made deposits and withdrawn funds to the casino in rubles using cryptocurrency before this situation. I am attaching screenshots of the transactions.

The casino no longer outputs the RUB currency to the crypto wallet.

Therefore, it's not my fault that they can't withdraw my money. Let them change RUB to EUR or come up with something else. Maybe the Casino will make an exception and withdraw RUB in cryptocurrency.

The casino did not warn me that the RUB currency could no longer be converted to cryptocurrency, it was their fault.


In the technical assistance chat, I was asked to make a withdrawal to the card without verifying the card.

Here is a quote from the chat: "Rachel from Lucky: As far as I understand, no, you do not need to top up your account and verify your card.

In accordance with our anti-money laundering policy, we must make withdrawals using the same payment method that was used to replenish the account,

except in cases where it is not available for withdrawal. If the cryptocurrency is not available, you can withdraw funds to the card."

At first I did so, but after 36 hours the withdrawal was canceled due to the fact that there was no replenishment from the card))

There they contradict themselves. I also believe that if I made deposits in the form of cryptocurrency, then let them be withdrawn in the same form.

I use cryptocurrency and make deposits from a crypto wallet, because in my country the Visa and Mastercard card system is under sanctions.

Banks may simply not notice these transactions, and it will take a very long time. And we're back to where we started.

48 hours to review the application, then 7 banking days to complete the transaction, cancel and refund, all this may take a month or more.


I ask for your help in solving my question at this casino.
