Platform deducts money from my freshly made deposit
Hello AskGamblers team,
I would like to submit a complaint regarding an unexplained deduction of €128 from my Locasbet account.
Today, I made a €150 deposit on Locasbet to play on their platform (betting section). I placed one bet worth €15, and when I tried to place a second one, I received an “insufficient funds” error. I checked my balance and saw that only €7 remained, even though I had only used €15 of my €150 deposit.
I reviewed my betting history, which correctly showed only one active bet of €15. Then, I checked my transaction history, where I confirmed the €150 deposit but also found several other bets and deductions that I did not make and that do not appear in my betting history (see attached screenshot).
I contacted Locasbet’s support team, and they informed me that these transactions were “corrections” related to a past game whose results were supposedly shown incorrectly. They said the winnings were now reversed. However:
I was never notified of any such correction or issue before my balance was reduced.
The support team refused to tell me which game or date this “correction” referred to, despite repeated questions.
When I logged in before depositing, my balance was €0, not negative, so there were no visible pending adjustments.
As a result, €128 was deducted from my account without any explanation or transparency. The support team stopped replying to my requests for clarification.
I am requesting AskGamblers’ help to ask Locasbet to:
Provide full details about which game/event this correction concerns, including date and transaction ID.
Offer proof that such a correction was valid.
Refund the €128 if no valid justification can be provided.
📌 Note: I am aware that this issue concerns the sports betting section of Locasbet. However, when I attempt to file this complaint under “Sports Betting,” Locasbet does not appear as a selectable operator, so I am submitting it under the casino category instead.
