I deposited £10 at Karamba casino, received the £10 bonus and 250 free spins, and fully met the 35x wagering requirements. My bet sizes ranged between 10p and £3 per spin as per the terms.
I understand that winnings from the free spins were capped at £100, but the other money — the bonus and deposit funds — is not capped. All I had to do was wager it 35 times, which I did in full.
After completing all wagering requirements, I requested a withdrawal of my winnings, which were now real cash. Unexpectedly, Karamba closed my account and refused to pay out, citing “bad faith” without any clear explanation or evidence.
This treatment is unfair and unacceptable. I request Karamba to immediately reinstate my account and process my withdrawal. If this issue is not resolved promptly, I will escalate the matter to the Independent Betting Adjudication Service (IBAS) and the UK Gambling Commission (UKGC) to seek a formal investigation and resolution. Just an update on my situation — it has now been 4 days since I requested my withdrawal and was subsequently blocked from accessing my Karamba account. I still have no access, and the last communication I received was on Monday (which I have already shared here).
Since then, there has been no update at all. It’s starting to feel like stalling tactics, especially considering Karamba is not even following their own published complaints procedure.
I sent another email today requesting that my complaint be escalated to Stage 3, that I be provided with a case ID, and that I receive a final response as required under their own policy.
This level of silence and lack of transparency is extremely concerning, and I hope Karamba chooses to resolve this fairly and professionally.

And still I’m not able to access my Karamba account it’s still blocked so I can’t even verify if they have put the £100 back into my account which I want my full winnings what I won fair and square anyway not just the £100. Thanks Steven

It’s £300, they have recently sent me another email now saying the bonus from the free spins was capped at £100 which is true but I didn’t win the £300 from the free spins it was from the £10 and the £10 match up bonus that I won from which is not capped or I had to do was wager the both deposit and match up bonus 35 times which I did and which the money I ended up with what I requested for withdrawal was £300 I converted more than £300 it was £380 I ended up with after I wagered it but I left £80 in my account and continued playing with that and lost it, if it I did not wager the correct amount it wouldn’t of turned into real cash balance and I wouldn’t of been able to request a withdrawal please see screen shots of the emails they haven’t sent be which totally contradicts what they say all to try and not pay me what a fairy won.
