Hi I been playing with jackpot city since May with one successful withdrawal.
I have withdrawal of 55000 on my account since May I was 1st told they couldn't pay it until my source of funding for my account was verified after weeks of bk and forth this was verified I will attach the email of them saying so.
They then said my withdrawal wasn't successful cause my card issuer sent it bk.
They gave me different options for withdrawal one been PayPal I send bk my PayPal account but they said cause I was on a break which subsequently happened when I made the withdrawal the responsible gambling team rang me and said they putting me on a 3 month break cause they felt I was spending to much time playing.
They then suggested I send on my swift details id and bank statement . I did this almost .4 weeks ago. I contacted live chat on Tuesd and he said 1st they'd received no documents then he said that they couldn't open the bank statement he suggested I send them to a email he provided that he could access buy he said he wasn't getting the emails even though I sent them numerous times and they were saying g they were sent. He suggested I try at a later stage to see if they got them.
I got bk yo live chat again last night and they said they had the documents and to wait 72 hrs for a reply.
This is what I keep getting its with operational team and wait 72 hrs alot of 72 hrs has passed and I still have not received my withdrawal - can u assist me?
