On Saturday August 15th I requested a withdrawal.
The normal timeframe for processing a withdrawal, according to the ToS, should not be longer than 72 hours.
I contacted the Livechat multiple times about this issue by now and I only get the same answer every time "We forwarded your issue to finance to resolve this as soon as possible and will inform you via email".
Before the website changed to the new UI everything was fine and I got my withdrawals within a couple of days.
Please help me resolve this issue. Thank you
