I am trying to verify my payment info with iWild casino, but they are not accepting official Revolut documents.
I have asked Revolut support and they explicitly stated that taking screenshots of virtual cards is not allowed.
I am attaching the conversation log and my submitted documents.
I have deposited 58 euros and I am trying to withdraw 200 from the site.
It feels like they are trying to delay verification since the official Revolut support says a screenshot is not possible.
Appreciate the help.

We discussed this situation with KYC and got a completely feasible solution that they will accept screenshots, but in readable quality. So you can make a quality photo of the page they request and add it in the mail.

I have received the following email. (See attached picture)
It is still requesting screenshots to be taken inside the app which is still not possible as per the Revolut customer support has stated.
How is requesting another screenshot trying to be resolving the issue?
The official revolut bank statement hold all of the requested info.
I am puzzled by this casino, feels like not wanting to resolve this issue.
