Hello,

I asked for a withdrawal from the casino on January 7 at 4:06 am.

I have verified my account, and everything should be fine, but still, my withdrawal is "pending".

Customer support didn't help at all. They have only said that "our department will process your request as soon as possible".

It doesn't seem like it.
