i wanted to have my winnings of 2250€ paid out to my bank account on August 8th. on August 10th i received an email that it had been processed. unfortunately i haven‘t received the money yet. I‘ve asked several times but i‘m always told that the security department has to check it. i‘ve already sent my bank statements there, but nothing happens there either. i don‘t know what i can do anymore.
