Please I need help.
I requested my second withdrawal on the 23rd of August,350 euros,
Every day they say a different story - the first time they said would be processed in 24 hours but due to busy time may take 72 h, Every day I asked them and they started saying different things - the first time they said to wait is taking in the queue after they say they need more time to approve my transaction then they say the technical issue is fixed and is in a queue after again there is delay and technical issue,
They say my withdrawal is being checked, the next day again delay issue. I have all the screenshots with the conversation because apparently I wanted to send the conversation on my email and is not working I confirmed the email but still doesn't arrive.
With my first withdrawal, I had exactly the same problem but after I wrote a review here and Trustpilot they gave me the winning, so please can you help me?
