Hello so on Nov 6th I won 150 and I made a withdrawal request and it was cancelled by the casino asking for KYC. I withdrew many times before but they asked KYC this time. I sent all the documents they wanted on Nov 6th. They told me 10 business days for verification to be completed. I couldn't wait that long and lost the money. Then today Nov 15 I won 3080 Canadian dollars. I asked if I was verified and they told me that if I can make a withdrawal then I am. So I withdrew and they cancelled. They told me 10 more business days for verification. Their email also changed from the one I originally sent the documents on Nov 6th
