Immerion holding money back and states technical issue with zero responsibility
Immerion Casino is currently still holding back two withdrawals (both 199€) for no given reason. Customer support gives only contradictory statements, while staying with absolutely irresponsible behaviour, which seems scripted and gives no real support to resolve the situation at all. First time support claims there are technical issues, second time, support claims the general waiting time is the reason and you should be patiented for another couple of days, after that time passes by, support claims the money is stuck at their own payment service provider, but does not take any action or give information, nor gives contact to someone in charge to adress this.
This feels highly scripted and purposeful, the casino should be blacklisted. I cannot recommend this casino at its current state, as withdrawals seem to be absolutely working only in an arbitrary manner. Suspicious and shady behaviour. Stay away.

regarding your answer: that is simply not true.
I am surprised once more by your methods used trying to avoid the payment.
I am attaching again a screenshot of my account and the current transactions, where you can clearly see that two withdrawals (199 EUR) are stuck since May 5th (96 hours now) without any progress.
Your customer support agents keep telling me contradictionary stories, on whats happening, without giving any reliable information. Again, nothing happened since the May 5th. Wasted already too much time with the support, which was not taking the process serious. Got not ticket id for the whole process, no contact to someone who is in charge or wants to take some responsibility here. Just nothing other than promises that had not been fulfilled.
My card/bank is just working fine for everything else, this is not a problem from my side.
So respectfully, I would really appreciate, if Immerion Casino would finally pay their debts.
We have checked the account, and currently, there are no funds available on the balance, and there are no active withdrawal requests at this time.
