I have won approximately 2.5k USD in their casino on the 5th of April.
The casino canceled my pending withdrawal, saying that they need to check the provider's feedback regarding my gameplay.. I was okay with that and waited, however, after a month on the 5th of May, when they informed me I passed the provider's feedback.. I tried to withdraw again..
This time they canceled my withdrawal once again, saying that I need to pass KYC, and that this process takes approximately 7 days....
I have sent them all the requested documents, but since then I haven't heard back.... I sent them 10 emails so far and not a single response...
Live support can't help me as they say the KYC department is responsible...
These days I gambled and I turned the 2.5k into 7k ..
I demand to have my money...
I was able to withdraw in the past, but after all these, I will never play again here.

Following a careful review and consideration of your case, the AskGamblers Complaint Team reached the conclusion that, unfortunately, your complaint is not compliant with the AGCCS Guidelines, section Balance played off while waiting to be paid and, therefore, is being rejected. Please keep in mind that following all AGCCS Guidelines is mandatory.
Please keep in mind that while we can understand your frustration and disappointment of probably not being paid within the time frame specified by the operator, it is up to you to refrain from playing until the processing of your payment is finalized accordingly. Instead, you kept playing and lost your balance subsequently which means that unfortunately, you will also lose the validity of your claim against the operator which led to the rejection of the complaint.
And while we understand this might not be the outcome expected by the complainant, we would like to remind you that in case of disagreement with our decision further assistance on the matter could be requested from the relevant regulatory body and/or appointed ADR entity.

The casino just replying every 96 hours and say nothing at all!!
