On the 30th of Sept I received two emails confirming my Visa Debit card withdrawal had been approved and processed by GW Casino (Go Wild affiliate?)
All of my identification and supporting documents were approved and my account verified...
As of the 10th of Oct I am still yet to receive the money.
Despite being helpful and responsive to the first query I sent on the 4th, my emails are not receiving any replies now.
This is my first casino withdrawal, I understand the process may not always be ideally smooth sailing, but I would very much appreciate some kind of information or correspondence regarding my withdrawal.

Please let us know whether the complaint is related to GWCasino issue or GoWild Casino issue? Please be in aware that that you are supposed to reply within the given 96-hours time frame, otherwise AskGamblers Complaints Team will consider the case as Rejected upon player's inactivity and it will be closed accordingly.

The withdrawal was for $1000AUD, submitted on the 26th, approved and processed on the 30th.
I’m not trying to make waves and hold no animosity with GW, I’m just surprised at the lack of further communication from them considering the friendly and timely customer service when I first queried the withdrawal x
