Unacceptable withdrawal delays and Limits at Gamblezen

I am deeply disappointed with my recent experience at GambleZen. On September 6, 2024, I requested a withdrawal, and it still hasn't been accepted as of today. For an online casino, such long delays in processing withdrawals are unacceptable and frustrating. I’ve been waiting for nearly a week, with no update or explanation from the casino.

To make matters worse, the site imposes a €500 per transaction withdrawal limit, and I can only make three withdrawals. This means I’m unable to access my total winnings of €5,500 in a reasonable timeframe. This restrictive policy is unfair, especially for players who have won larger amounts. It feels like they are deliberately slowing down the process of getting my funds.

I hope GambleZen improves its withdrawal process and policies, as this has soured what was otherwise a positive gaming experience. Until then, I cannot recommend this casino to anyone looking for fast and reliable withdrawals.

Following a careful review and consideration of all the information, details and/or proof presented by the parties during the complaint process, the AskGamblers Complaint Team reached the conclusion that Gamblezen Casino management acted in accordance with their Terms and Conditions, specifically Bonus Terms and Conditions. Having that in mind we must observe that subject to this dispute, has not been valid from the start.

Based on the abovementioned information, the AskGamblers Complaint Team considers this case rejected. While we understand this might not be the outcome expected by the complainant, we would like to remind him /her that, in case of a disagreement with our decision, further assistance on the matter could be requested from the relevant regulatory body and/or appointed ADR entity.

Hello! The system released the bonus, which allowed the client to buy the bonus games. However, before the withdrawal, after checking the gaming session, was made manual correction by KYC department in accordance with bonus terms and conditions. We have re-checked and could confirm that everything was done correctly according bonus T&C.

Please address the player's concerns from his latest posts? Could you please explain if bonus buy is allowed when having an active bonus at the same time? Also, how exactly the bonus was activated - and where the info about it could have been found?

Also, given the fact that I was able to buy bonus games/free spins, which typically cannot be done with bonus funds.

Unable to set loss limit

Dear AskGamblers team,

I would like to file a formal complaint against the casino GambleZen due to a serious breach of responsible gambling rules and failure to act in accordance with their own policies.

Summary:

On June 19th, 2025, at 17:10, I had a balance of €7,232.62 on my casino account (see attached screenshot from game history) what was my last bet of the day.

At 17:52, I sent an official email to [email protected] requesting a daily loss limit of €100 to be set on my account (see attached screenshot of my email).

I received a denial response at 17:58, informing me that setting a loss limit was not possible.

As a result, I was unable to activate any protection tools and continued to play, eventually losing my entire balance of over €7,200.

This is a clear violation of GambleZen's own responsible gambling policy, which explicitly states that players can request loss limits by contacting support. I acted proactively and requested this limit before any further loss occurred, yet my request was denied without proper justification.

Also you are supposed to be able to take 1500€ withdraws per day with my vip level but you are not able to do so until their financial department has approved the last requests

My request:

Due to the casino's failure to act responsibly and in accordance with their stated policies, I request the following:

A full refund of the amount I had on my account at 17:10 on June 19th, 2025 (€7,232.62), returned to my casino balance with loss limit of 100€ per day,

OR

A refund of 80% of that amount (€5,786.10) paid directly to my bank account.

I believe this is a fair compensation due to the casino's failure to provide the advertised responsible gambling safeguards.
