The casino does not pay out, and they ask for non-existent documents, my account is already verified.

They always send the same template message or don't respond.

They don't want to pay such a small amount, I don't recommend it to anyone, it's the worst casino in the world.

My account is fully verified, but no matter how much I wait, my money is not sent.

Following a careful review and consideration of all the information, details and/or proof presented by the parties during the complaint process, the AskGamblers Complaint Team reached the conclusion that Gamblezen Casino management acted in accordance with their Terms and Conditions.

Based on the abovementioned information, the AskGamblers Complaint Team considers this case resolved and it is now officially closed. Hello, Dear Askgamblers team. Thanks for your reply. After careful review, we have determined that the player in question has violated our Terms and Conditions, specifically regarding third-party deposits, which is strictly prohibited by our policies. We have sent an email with the details to you.

Terms and Conditions Violation (Clause 8.4):
The player admitted that the deposit was not made by them personally but by a third-party streamer. According to Clause 8.4 of our Terms and Conditions, it is forbidden to provide access to an account to third parties, including for making deposits or withdrawing funds. An account owner agrees that their account is for their own use only.
AML Policy and Compliance (Clause 35):
In accordance with our Anti-Money Laundering (AML) policy, we require that all players confirm that they are the legitimate owners of the funds deposited into their accounts and that these funds are obtained legally. The use of third-party funds directly contravenes this policy, as we cannot verify the origin or legality of the money deposited.
Additional Violation (Clause 8.14):
The player also confirmed that they were not the legitimate owner of the deposited funds, which violates Clause 8.14 of our Terms and Conditions. This clause explicitly states that a user must confirm they are the legitimate owner of the funds deposited and that the money is not tainted with illegality.

As stipulated by Clause 14.9, the operator has the right to take necessary measures, including the closure of the player's account if any violations or suspicious activity are detected.

In light of these clear violations, we have taken action in accordance with our policies and T&C, We kindly ask you to close this complaint as rejected. Thank you.

Unable to set loss limit

Dear AskGamblers team,

I would like to file a formal complaint against the casino GambleZen due to a serious breach of responsible gambling rules and failure to act in accordance with their own policies.

Summary:

On June 19th, 2025, at 17:10, I had a balance of €7,232.62 on my casino account (see attached screenshot from game history) what was my last bet of the day.

At 17:52, I sent an official email to [email protected] requesting a daily loss limit of €100 to be set on my account (see attached screenshot of my email).

I received a denial response at 17:58, informing me that setting a loss limit was not possible.

As a result, I was unable to activate any protection tools and continued to play, eventually losing my entire balance of over €7,200.

This is a clear violation of GambleZen's own responsible gambling policy, which explicitly states that players can request loss limits by contacting support. I acted proactively and requested this limit before any further loss occurred, yet my request was denied without proper justification.

Also you are supposed to be able to take 1500€ withdraws per day with my vip level but you are not able to do so until their financial department has approved the last requests

My request:

Due to the casino's failure to act responsibly and in accordance with their stated policies, I request the following:

A full refund of the amount I had on my account at 17:10 on June 19th, 2025 (€7,232.62), returned to my casino balance with loss limit of 100€ per day,

OR

A refund of 80% of that amount (€5,786.10) paid directly to my bank account.

I believe this is a fair compensation due to the casino's failure to provide the advertised responsible gambling safeguards.
