Hello,

On 30.1.2025 I set up limit of 1 euro per day. After a few days I managed to deposit way more than 1 euro and tried to speak with the casino, but they were not providing to me a solution.

Now they are not answering my questions. Can you please help, I played 1200 euro over the limit that I set up and I think that I am not the only person with this issue

We would like to inform you that the problem was on the customer's side. When activating the deposit limit, you must first choose the correct currency. Only then can you activate it. It will work for the chosen currency, but as seen in the provided screenshot, the deposit limit was selected for USD, not EUR. However, your deposit was in EUR, not USD. Please check the screenshots—one from your side and one from ours—showing how to choose the currency and set limits.

In my opinion, a responsible gaming system should automatically apply limits regardless of currency, or at least provide a very clear and unavoidable notice to the user. In this case, it seems the system allowed me to deposit in EUR while only restricting deposits in USD, which defeats the purpose of having such a limit in the first place.

Additionally, I would like to point out that this casino is not licensed to operate in Bulgaria, yet I was still able to register and deposit money without any restriction or warning. This raises further concerns about how the casino complies with regulatory and responsible gaming practices.

Dear customer, your daily withdrawal limit was $700 equivalent to the relevant currency. What do you mean by sending us this screenshot? If you use Ethereum, we need to tell you that your withdrawal limit is 0.023514 ETH. We have all this information in our terms and conditions; please check the FAQ section. Why do we have the option to choose currency when you want to make a deposit limit? If you paid attention to this, why did you miss it? I just do not understand. In the first screenshot, you can see the amount displayed in USD because you selected USD as your currency. Likewise, when you choose EUR, your balance reflects that currency. On the withdrawal page, it's necessary to select the appropriate currency before proceeding.
