Complaint Regarding Unacceptable Delay in Withdrawal Processing
I submit a complaint regarding the unacceptable delay in processing my withdrawal request.
It has now been almost a month without the transaction being completed.
Initially, I was informed that there was an issue with transferring the funds to my bank. I then provided you with the crypto currency address as requested.
After my bank rejected the withdrawal, I provided them with the IBAN of another bank to complete the transfer.
However, it has now been over two weeks, and I continue to receive the same response — that “the refund has not been received yet.”
Meanwhile, upon following up on the transaction, I was told that the transfer was completed on the 26th September . But they still saying that they didn't receive the returned payment.
