Money not in my account

I deposited an amount of 210 euros the 21 Feb. my money didn’t reach my bank account but was credited from my wallet and I received a confirmation from CoinPaid that the invoice of Dynabet was paid (printscreen attached)
I sent many email and tried to reach the support that finally answered the 22 feb saying there was an issue and that my money should be reimbursed with tin 48hours.
I am still waiting for my money and despite several email they still ignoring my email.
Could you please assist me to get my money back ?
