I made a deposit today for just $2.10 so I can play a little on my account with All Slots Casino and when I tried to click the games I get an error saying that my country is not recognized anymore on their site. It has been quite some time since I accessed the account because last time I was not even able to log in at all due to that restriction. Today I just tried to log in to my account and it allowed me in so I was thinking that maybe the restriction was already removed. So I processed a small deposit and I know it is just a wee amount but it is still hard earned money. When the Chat Representative informed me that the amount was too low for withdrawal (min. $50) and they could not refund it I was really ticked off. Why let me access and deposit on my account in the first place if I am not allowed to play? They should have restricted me from accessing it in the first place. Withdrawal policy is not applicable on my case because this is simply a site error that should have been addressed onset of their restriction launch. I just want that money back to my bank account. I was not able to utilize it on the site therefore it should be given back to me. Clearly the bullet item stated below does not apply to my case as I was not even able to play. I was even told that unless I deposit $48 then they can refund my money which is really ridiculous in the first place. This experience has consumed a lot of my time and has affected me emotionally giving me that frustrated feeling that you simply cannot fathom. I just want that money back no matter how small it is because if I allow this to pass they might do it to others. Let's do it right for all sake.

I am presently reviewing this deposit with our financial department. I hope to have answer within the next couple of days.

We have now locked the account and added the Philippians and updated our Terms and Conditions at the casino.

I checked the account today and iI can no longer log in which is good because it has been corrected but I still don't have an update regarding the money. I still don't see any refunds on my account.
