I have requested a withdrawal of € 300,00 on sunday 15/04/18. The next morning I was then asked for account verification. I provided all documents instantly.

I contacted the live chat how long this can take and the answered it can take up to 2 bussiness days. After 2 days I still didn’t hear anything and my id still wasn’t validated. I contacted chat again and they addmitted there was a backlog for over a week now (!) but it should be done today (wednesday) or tommorow. Again no verification on wednesday or thursday. Again chatted today (friday) and it’s unclear when any verification will be done, it could be today or next week or even next month?

They are not allowed to contact the department and disturb them and bassically can’t tell me as a customer what to expect, even worse they therefore cannot process my winnings because my id needs to be validated as well.

I’ve stated my concearns and told Wixstars i was very dissapointed that both answers given were false and no one can tell me when i will receive my wothdrawals.

Bassically they are just delaying the process not to pay out any funds. I hope a complaint at Askgamblers might help to get my id validated within the next days/week.
Since the 2 days stated is over 4 days now and not a single idea how, what or when anything will be done at all.
