I am writing to formally dispute the removal of my free spins from the recent raffle, which I entered and won fairly. According to your terms, there were three steps required to qualify for the prize. I followed all three clearly and in good faith, as outlined in your promotional materials.

Despite meeting the stated requirements, my free spins were revoked under the claim that I had not followed the steps, an assertion I strongly disagree with. I ask that you review my account activity and the associated promotional terms to verify my compliance. I took part in the promotion with full transparency and expectation of fair treatment, and this situation feels both unjust and misleading.

I respectfully request a thorough review and reinstatement of the spins I rightfully earned. If for any reason that cannot be done, I would like a detailed explanation, step by step, of what was allegedly missed so I can escalate this to the appropriate regulatory body if necessary.

So you're team knows where this now then? I can go on chat and they can assist? Because that will be the first time they've ever been assistive. I dont care i wouldn't put money into your casino further if you were the last. I'd prefer to give it to the guy holding me up than your shady company.
