CorgiBet Casino - Complaint regarding my withdrawal and account verification process with Corgibet

I successfully completed identity verification and received a previous withdrawal from my account without any issues. However, after making a new deposit and requesting another withdrawal, my account was suspended, my withdrawal was put on hold, and my betting activity was restricted.

The casino initially requested proof of deposit. I provided my Binance account statement, transaction history, and screenshots clearly showing the deposit transaction from my Binance account.

After reviewing these documents, the casino requested Proof of Ownership (PoO) for the cryptocurrency wallet address used for the deposit. Since the funds were sent directly from my Binance exchange account, I contacted Binance Support. Binance informed me that they do not issue Proof of Ownership certificates for individual wallet addresses. I provided the casino with a screen recording of my conversation with Binance Support confirming this.

Despite providing all available evidence proving the source of funds and ownership of my Binance account, the casino continues to request a document that Binance has confirmed cannot be issued. I have fully cooperated with every verification request and submitted all documents available to me.

I am asking AskGamblers to assist in reviewing this matter and help obtain a fair resolution. I would like the casino to accept the evidence already provided, complete the verification process, and process my pending withdrawal.

They verified my account and i also withdraw successfully 2000Euro from my account. although there is a default limit of withdraw which is 6000 Euro each month. So i requested to Ask Gambler To pause this complain if possible. Because i don,t know they are going to give the withdrawal continuously or not. If they will give the withdraw for 1.5 month i think i can withdraw all my money. So requesting to pause this complain if possible. i will update further consequences

There is a update today . corgibet just verified my account and they resume my withdraw. although there is a limitations for withdraw. i think it will take couple of weeks to withdraw fully. I will update further if they proceed or decline my withdraws.
