26 000 EUR stuck and no communication for 4 months
I opened my account with Chilstakes in June 2025. I deposited money and played regularly during the summer without any issues. In late summer, I attempted my first withdrawal. The request was rejected without any clear explanation. At the time of the withdrawal request, my balance was approximately €26,000, the majority of which came directly from my own deposits, not bonuses.
Since that moment, I have been attempting to communicate with the casino. I have reached out through live chat many times. Every time, I am told the same generic response: “Our team will contact you via email.” Despite this repeated promise, I have never received a single email or any further information. Nothing at all.
It has now been almost four months since my withdrawal request. During this entire period, there has been zero communication, zero transparency, and absolutely no attempt to solve the issue. I have asked repeatedly whether there is any verification issue, any document required, any review in progress – no answers have been provided.
Given the size of the balance (€26,000) and the fact that the casino has kept my funds for nearly four months without processing the withdrawal or providing any explanation, I feel I am left with no option but to submit an official complaint.
I want to emphasize:
Most of the funds are from my own deposits
No bonus terms apply
I have complied with all requests and attempted communication repeatedly
Chilstakes has not initiated contact in any form
At this stage, the situation resembles confiscation of funds. I consider this unacceptable and unethical. There are other online reports showing similar issues with Chilstakes, suggesting this is not an isolated case.
Through AskGamblers, I kindly request assistance and mediation to ensure that my withdrawal is processed and that I finally receive the funds that belong to me.
