They are allowing UK players to sign in and then blocks them later
I registered and made my first deposit with www.cbet.gg on the 14th July 2022. My account was verified under KYC by the 18th July. Everything was going smoothly. I even chatted with the support on live chat on 18th July about my pending withdrawal at the time and no issues or flags were raised. I kept on depositing with no issue and even got given a bonus on my account.
Then on the 27th July I suddenly had issues with depositing via paydo.com which was my normal method of payment. I contacted chat and they asked if I lived in the UK and I said yes. I had never hidden the fact as it was all on my KYC details and I started it when I registered on the site. The adviser just closed my account and didn't help any further than that. Every since they just repeat I can't play which is fine but don't tell me when I will hear back from the complaint email I sent on the 27th July. I was told 48hours but it's now the 1st Aug and I don't believe they will reply.
I have asked then as I wasn't really allowed to register why do they allow UK players to register and deposit and have asked for my money back minus any withdraws as I don't wish to claim any more than I am due.
I have attached screenshots of what I have from live chat, the email I received for the bonus, the email I sent for the complaint and screenshots showing the site doesn't block UK IP addresses and even allows you to state on the registration that you are in the UK.
I have not hidden anything and I would approve your help with getting my money back as they have blocked me on live chat and ignored my emails
