Casinoin - Waiting to receive my full refund
I found this casino online 25/07/2020 , I registered and made two deposits that day . Unfortunately on this occasion I did not win anything , I then returned to the casino 28/08/2020 where I made a further deposit , again with no luck . I then attempted to log in deposit and play again on the 14/10/2020 , where I met the message you cannot play in your region UK .
So I contacted live chat and asked them what the issue was as I hadn’t had this message before when registering or logging in and depositing . I was told I couldn’t play in my area/region again ‘United Kingdom’ . So my question was , why was I allowed to register and deposit before , to which they couldn’t answer me .
I understand it was my own choice to deposit and risk losing , but I gurantee if I was to win I wouldn’t have been paid out . So my complaint is I was allowed to register deposit , without any chance off winning whatsoever . I feel as though they could have contacted me regarding the matter , but I got nothing . So they kept my money , which I didn’t stand a chance off ever winning with .
I also write the complaint as others may have also used this casino from regions not allowed to play at there casino , and don’t realise it yet .
So I made a complaint to the casino and they said I would receive full refund , total off all my deposits. This was 11 days ago , I was told I would receive it within 7 days .
All I get from the customer service team is , ‘sorry for the delay , please wait’
Hopefully the matter is sorted sooner rather than later
