Hi, I registered account at casinoin before but never deposited because site looks strange. 18th June I chatted with support and told withdrawal process time is few minutes to 24 hours. So I decided to try and deposited 200 euros vis ecoPayz. I luckily managed to wager and balance is 2701e. But casino blocked my withdrawal function. And asked me send documents. I sent all documents they asked. Now i am told account verification takes 3-14 business days, and welcome to play my funds there.And sent me terms link. Well. I do agree casino has terms and their rights. But why support told me withdrawal will be processed within 24 hours ? I would definitely not play here if I knew withdrawal need half a month. What i feel is casino tried me attracting me deposit, after won, then tried to void my winnings. Who wanna play if can’t withdraw?
