LadyHammer Casino - Refused to pay and blocked account without an explanation

ladyhammer casino has closed my account without explanation and havent aswered my attempts to contact them. i had more than 1000€ left on my account when i had 500€ to wager left. i had the game on autospin and noticed that at some point i was disconnected. tried to log in again later just to find out that my account has been closed. money still on my account and no way to withraw it.

I have self excluded myself from this casino “forever” on January 25, 2019. Last week i went on the live chat and ask for reactivation and they simply told me to come back in 7 days to play again.

I was asked no questions, no history check and it was so easy to get it reactivated.

I had also self excluded myself from the rest of Direx N.V casinos and they never allow me to reopen my account which i was very grateful of.

I then went on and deposited £9550 here which they had no problem taking.

It is considered as a serious violation of the basic responsible gaming policy.

I would like to request for full refund for the money deposited after self exclusion was made.

So I successfully completed the terms of my welcome bonus and tried to make several withdrawals my most recent being $1000, the only option given to withdrawal was to my Visa card which was unsupported so the withdrawal was declined, and support told me to deposit again with another funding source and try to withdrawal again, I did so by Interac assuming this would give me the option to wire transfer my withdrawal. Still no luck the only option was my visa again. I contacted support and was advised to try depositing again using another funding source, which I don’t want to do because what is the guarantee that method will work? Nor do I have accounts with the places they are suggesting! I’m thinking this is just a scam to get me to continue depositing my money, support also suggested I open up another visa account that they support to withdrawal! And when I asked why they couldn’t send the money wire transfer they said they could not send money to my region, which makes absolutely no sense! Why can I send money to them from my region but they cant send it to me? I am completely dissatisfied with this casino, and now I have 1000 in my casino account that I have no way of withdrawing! And I do not think I should have to keep depositing in order to get a withdrawal m, the option should just be there when you go to cash out!

Hi, I made my first deposit 12 May and made a withdraw 13 May that was successful. My second depsoit was made 17 May and I requested a withdraw 18 May. I got an email today saying that the withdraw was declined and the winnings was confiscaded saying that I have multiple accounts which is not true at all. I only have one account that I have played both my deposits with and dont know what other accounts they are talking about.
