Casino La Vida - Refused payment

I played in casino La vida, i registered 11/02/2014 i won in the casino, i sent documents and they payed me successful. Then i played again a bonus and i won again, they asked me notarized documents witch i sent them. But still now they refused to pay me. They says that i connect with other account witch t is not true. They dont give me more info about that.

Casino La Vida And Red Flush Casino had been confiscated my winnings total $380 by false claim.

Casino La Vida and sister casino Red Flush are completely scam/thieves. They were run around from last week when I made a withdraw request $180 from Casino La Vida and $200 from Red Flush Casino. My those little winnings together $380 came from after several deposits and spent time for a whole day I had sent all necessary documents they asked from me after requested withdraws last week.Last Monday they sent me an email stated that my both accounts are now verified and I would get my withdraw amount $380 within Tuesday. Whole day on Tuesday I waited to see my winnings into Neteller account but on midnight I felt they may cause me trouble where they already broken their words. I really hate those people who break their words. However, after midnight I had contacted with support to ask whats the matter for delay,then He told me my money $380 has been sent already where I have to wait 2/3 business day to see my money into my Neteller account. But I can say,who is a little literate,he/she knows transferring money into neteller account takes no more than 5 minutes. Well, yesterday at evening I again asked the progress about money transferring to support agent Ronald,then he told me my accounts had been locked and my winnings had been confiscated due to they reserve the right to pay winnings or not' Dear AskGamblers Admin and other players,please read my following conversations with Ronald yesterday then you will understand clearly :

Me: I have withdraw request $180 from casino la vida and $200 from red flush casino

Ronald: ok, well, the only thing that i can see on the account is that the accounts have been closed due to them being locked to numerous other accounts on the casino and that the withdrawal has been confiscated. thats all i can see on the account. I can see if there is some more info that i can get out of the security team but, from past experience, i doubt that they will be able to tell too much as their work is quite confidential

Me: don't have any other account with both casinos

Me: even yesterday they told me I will get my withdraw by today

Me: Now I am asking about my withdraw,then you said my accounts are closed and my winnings went confiscated

Me: I don't understand what's going on there

Ronald: Well, its not about you having other accounts with us, its about other accounts that are linked to yours. Other people playing from the same pc as you or something like that. As i say, I am not 100% sure on the details

Me: Then please check my IP and mac address for more clarify

Me: don't have other accounts where I don't need any more

Ronald: Unfortunately i cannot do that for you, Lekhon. I do not have access to the same software and that they do, sadly :(

Me: But yesterday other guys had confirmed me that My cashin will be paid by today

Me: so,on pay day you said my winnings went confisicated

Me: I want my winnings in total $380

Me: how come they saying lie?

Ronald: Lekhon, it is most likely the case that we did not have the information, back then, that the casino security team has now. For this reason, the account might have appeared payable

Me: When they will pay my winnings in total $380?

Me: My winnnigs came after made several deposits

Ronald: they will not be payed as they have been confiscated due to negative information found by the casino security team. We do reserve this right as stated in the casino terms and conditions

Me: then pay me back my all deposits

Me: You have no rights to steal my deposits and winnings

Me: they should send me my all deposits with winnings,because I kept trust on them

Me: Everything were fine and ok before today

Me: My documents were verified that I got confirmations

Ronald: I have explained this tio you before, Lekhon. We did not necessarily have this information available to us when the documents were received

Ronald: unfortunately the casino security team have to approve a withdrawal before the payment can be made

Me: Then I will post complaint in to forum

Me: Its totally unfair and bad casino activities

Me: The player security team had confirmed that my documents were verified

Me: Everything were ok

Me: now you saying they had confiscated my winnings

Ronald: You are welcome to post your complaints wherever you wish, Lekhon. Unfortunately there is nothing that i can do for you about this. the only thing that i can offer to do si to find out if your deposits will be refunded

Me: so you guys steal my $380 from me?

Ronald: No one stole anything from you, Lekhon.

Me: Then ask them to pay my wnnngs please

Me: IMy winnngs came from my deposits

Me: I did n't claim any no deposit bonus

Me: You know what I mean?

Ronald: I do, and i will have to get back to you via email. I will not be able to get an answer from them right now. It is a matter that i will have to escalate and they will have to get back to me

After happening all those with me,can't I say them thieves/scammer? I kept my trust on them,made several deposits from my neteller account then finally I won a little amount altogether $380. The other interesting thing I had experienced there is withdraw request remains more than 48 hours where they clearly posted their terms site is maximum 24 hrs!
