Wont process payment just leaves it pending

Hello on the 26/jan/25 I submitted a request for a withdrawal and their terms and conditions stated would be processed within 3 days and am now coming up to 7days. I have tried their live chat multiple times and get the same pre written responses (have attached a transcript of the most recent chats) I have tried their complaint email twice and have no reply have attached those as well have also attached a screenshot of the balance history that shows the date and time I tried to withdraw.

Please help.
