Wont process payment just leaves it pending

Hello on the 26/jan/25 I submitted a request for a withdrawal and their terms and conditions stated would be processed within 3 days and am now coming up to 7days. I have tried their live chat multiple times and get the same pre written responses (have attached a transcript of the most recent chats) I have tried their complaint email twice and have no reply have attached those as well have also attached a screenshot of the balance history that shows the date and time I tried to withdraw.

Please help.

Bonus Geld ist komplett verschwunden

Ich habe 75euro eingezahlt und cashwin hat mir ein Oktoberfest bonus zur Einzahlung hinzu gegeben, um das Guthaben zu bekommen musste ich für 1050euro wetten umsetzen. Am Ende hatte ich über 720euro aber als ich meine letzte wette getätigt habe ist Mein ganzes Guthaben und bonus auf 0 gegangen. Mir fehlen ehrlich gesagt die worte, der Chat funktioniert nicht mehr und auf Emails kriege ich keine Antworten.

Waiting for my withdrawal of profit

Hi,

I have been playing for a few days now in Cashwin and I have made profits but now I want to withdraw my winnings for 3 days.

According to their site 72 working hours but has this time passed and I have not received my withdrawal in my account.

Withdrawal has not been completed for about a week

I have a balance of 175000 Japanese yen at this casino. I requested a withdrawal on January 23rd. 6 days have passed. It will be a week soon. This casino has a payment deadline of 72 business hours, but that has long passed. However, not a single yen has been paid yet.

Every time I request a withdrawal, the casino cancels the request for some reason. At first, they said I needed to submit identity documents.
