I tried to withdraw funds but it stated I need to close open games first - I couldn't find any open games so contacted support, they said i needed to close mobile premium roulette - I can not find any game called mobile roulette premium I have also looked in my history and couldn't find any game of that name either - I have tried to contact support 3 times but I not getting no response from email or chat - please help

Having contacted bgo again this issue is now sorted and withdrawal was successful - all sorted and ended well but lack of being able to contact them direct is too frustrating to continue with this casino
