Account suddenly blocked

Dear Askgamblers Team,

The casino closed my account after I won big.

I deposited 460€. After I won and my account has a balance of €1.424€ they closed my account for no reason.

They pretend I have violated the terms and conditions. That is not true. If that were the case, why are they withholding my deposit?

Please help me withdraw my winnings.
