Bonus forfeited without my permission

Hello,
I'am the type of player who collects slot bonuses with bonus money and plays those bonuses after i hit my account <1€, but never 0 (To not lose a bonus). But after i left 0.26€ in my account and went to play my first bonus at Terminator 2 and got 8€ after playing that out i come back to notice that i have 0€ in my balance and bonus history shows that i lost the bonus. They have nothing about "Forfeiting your bonus automatically after your balance hits below 1€" or something like that. When contacting support they are so ignorant and acutally made fun of me by just giving those 0.26€ wager free. A disgrace not a casino... I feel fooled and humiliated.

After all this I got an offer with some personal bonus that had basicly just a bit smaller wagering or just get my money as a deposit. I asked to just give me the money without any bonus and they did. Instantly got a cashout back to my skrill. I can't really say that they did it professionally. Tried to give evidence that showed nothing, possibly blocked me from contacting live chat (doesn't work through my computer, but works from phone with new IP), said that i violated their ToS that clearly i did not. Never got sorry for that all frustraition. Basicly they wanted to ruin a bit their reputation for 25€... This is why i don't recommend to deposit a lot into the casino which hasn't built up their reputation yet. Really bad head start for this one to be honest!

I consider this complaint solved now.

With all the respect, please, if you email me saying if you have questions to contact you and doing so it takes longer then 3 days to answer it something really bad is going on with your company management.

Your proof that you've sent me doesn't prove anything really or any violation on your T&S. I took time to read it myself, but it seems that you guys didn't even bothered reading it. It looks like your company copy/pasted it from some other site and doing random things!

All the pictures just shows how my balance went down from ~70€ to ~45€ and nothing else. Just bet history 1/10 of my session.

Please stop bs'ing!

Delayed payment as my withdrawals are pending for more than 48 hours
Dear AskGambler team,

I would like you to help me to withdraw my funds on GunsBet Casino as my withdrawals are pending for more than 48 hours (and in their term and condition they mentioned it should be paid within 48hours).

Quick history :

18.10 : I submitted 2 withdrawals (5000e and 2500e because their T&C have a weekly limit of 7500e). I contacted the support to know if everything was in order and they confirmed and asked me to confirm the withdraw address which I did)

19.10 : withrawal rejected because they asked me for ID and utility bill (I was fully verified but it was a long time ago, so I did not see any issue to provide the documents once again, verification took a bit less than 24hours

20.10 9am : I resubmitted the 2 withdrawals (5000 and 2500) and during the day the 2500 was approved but not the 5000 one. I contacted my VIP manager who asked me to split in 2 withdrawal of 2500 (which is strange as the limit is 5000)

20.10 11am : I proceed to the changes and I was to told to do 3 withdrawal instead of 2 so I cancelled again to do 3 withdrawal (1400, 1300 and 2300)

21.10 : 1400 paid but still no news/update about the remaining 2300 and 1300

They are clearly in breach of their T&C, I have 2 withdrawal open (2300 and 1300) and a balance of 4500 for which I will request a withdrawal next week as the weekly limit is 7500.

As I didn’t succeed to obtain clear update regarding my payment except « we do everything possible to treat them asap » I am asking to follow up with them because ai would like to understand why it’s taking so much time …
