Bitcoin deposit confirmed, but account was not credited

I deposited 3.5 mBTC at Oshi Casino and as of now it has been 5 hours and counting and my account has yet to be credited. Yet blockchain shows that the transaction is completed (with over 20 confirmations). I have contacted their support staff 5 times and they are just playing dumb with me. 2 of them just flat out stopped responding. The others told me they “emailed the financial department” but would not give me anymore information. The question isn’t “where did the money go”? I know the money was sent to the right address and I know the transaction was completed. That is a fact and I have proof. The question is why aren’t you crediting my account?? They simply refuse to offer any explanation whatsoever. After the last guy told me “not to worry” I was fed up. At this point I just want my gd money back. I have no interest in playing at this sketchy casino.

I checked out the customer's account and it turns out that for some reason the Bitcoin payment wasn't reconciled that quickly, (sometimes Bitcoin transactions take a while to reconcile) so the customer got nervous and posted a complaint here.

Anyhow, the customer's first payment came through and he then deposited second payment. (see below)

As a small 'thank you' for his patience over this whole thing, I have added some redeemable comp points so he's got some extra free spins.
