They have emailed my telling me i have multiple accounts which is absolutely false i have 1 account registered under my name and my paypal account. I have had different family members play the site but have obviously registered with there own details and i can't go on live chat because i cannot log in which is absoultely ludicrous as they can just basically ignore me.They are just holding onto my winnings.
