Hi, this casino did not honour a 100 % match bonus on my last deposit which was mailed to me. This cost me. On a previous occasion I was told I had an unlimited cashout. Dur to their error they gave me free spins along with a 100 match again due to their error. I used the free spins got the balance to 500 only to be told the max cashout was 100. I explained this was an add on but they would not listen. Furiously I played down to 100 ..I feel I am owed at least 400
