Hello!
My claim amount is $942
On 05.15.2025 I ordered a withdrawal of $600 from my account, my payment was declined, the casino asked me for documents to verify the account! I sent the required documents to verify my identity - my identity was confirmed, then they asked for documents to verify the address - I provided everything - and after that I received an email from the casino informing me that my account was closed and my money was confiscated!
At the time of blocking, my account balance was $941.61.
I confirm that I have only one account in BETRUNNER casino, I did not take any bonuses, my country of registration is not prohibited by the casino rules. I confirm that I have not violated the casino rules.
I am enclosing copies of documents and correspondence with the casino!
