Today I register on betrebels and deposit 2000INR(27.12$) to claim 100% deposit bonus on casino but I got 10% bonus 200INR instead,I tried emailing them as well as their live chat but for some reason they didn't even understand my issue and keep telling me that I got credited with bonus already(Yes I did get bonus but it is 10% instead of 100%)

Their welcome bonus is limited to max 200euro and I am pretty sure that its a bug which deemed my 2000INR(which is almost 27$) as 2000$ and gave me 200INR Bonus instead, So I beleive that there was some system error or bug which stopped me from getting my 2000INR(100% deposit bonus) and I got 200INR(2.7$) instead.

I'm also attaching screenshot of betrebels page showing my deposit and the bonus I got....I also want betrebels to fix this bonus as well as Increase time period as I'm not wagering anything till this issue get fixed. Thank you askgambler for this platform
