I have already provided you with the official bank payment confirmation email as well as my bank statement PDF, which clearly shows that the ₹3000 has been successfully debited from my account.
I cannot record a video showing my full banking app, account number, and transaction history. This is extremely sensitive information, and for security reasons I cannot expose my banking details on camera.
You already have all the official documents needed to verify the payment. Kindly forward those to your payment provider and complete the investigation from your side.
Please resolve this issue without asking for unsafe procedures.
