My withdraw request (750€) has been pending now more than two weeks, even I have withdraw earlier and I have already KYC-documents checked.
I have sent several emails but haven't got any answers from Beem Casino. Live support doesn't do anything else than says they are sorry about delay.
I think two weeks is way too long.
