Hello Askgamblers! I have come back for your incredible casino problem solving!
I won a total of 2067.12 CAD on Beem casino. Their withdrawal system only allows a maximum of 750CAD to be withdrawn per withdraw. So I had to divide up the withdrawals into 3 separate withdrawals
2x 745.95
1x 575.22
My first withdrawal of 745.95 was paid swiftly, but my other two withdrawals have remained pending on their casino since April 21st 2021.
I have tried live chat one time and the lady speaking to me was teasing me about wanting to be paid which I found odd. Saying things in the lines of " Aww Carmela wants to get paid" ect..
I then tried e-mailing to which I received no reply.
Please help me out, sounds like shady business to me :/

now you guys are telling me i have to log in your casino everyday to withdraw a maximum of 150 which is the first time i have ever seen this.
Your system allows me to make multiple withdrawals of 150 which i did yesterday ti avoid having to waste my time logging in everyday. Instead of leaving them as pending to be paid daily , you discarded ALL of them.
Tell me this is not a passive aggressive way of dealing with your clients.
would you make another withdrawal request please? Because at the moment we don't see any. Thank you!
