Withdrawal pending for 1850 EUR

Hello,

I would like to file a complaint against Beef Casino regarding a delayed withdrawal and unjustified account restriction.

On April 18, 2026, I requested a withdrawal of €1850. Since then, the withdrawal has remained in “pending” status without any progress.

Immediately after submitting the withdrawal request, I contacted support to ask if any additional documents were required. I was clearly informed that no additional documents were needed and that the request would be reviewed within approximately 2 hours.

However, after this time passed, there was still no update. The next day, I contacted support again and was told that the timeframe had suddenly changed to up to 72 hours, without any clear explanation.

Despite this, my account was then blocked due to “additional verification.”

I would like to emphasize the following:
- This is my first withdrawal request
- I have made multiple deposits prior to this (around 10 deposits)
- I have fully verified my account
- I have provided all required documents, including ID and payment method verification
- I did NOT use any bonus when generating these winnings

Most importantly, the casino has not requested any additional documents from me at any point.

This raises serious concerns because:
- My withdrawal is being delayed without a clear reason
- My account has been blocked without proper explanation
- The casino claims “additional verification” but provides no details and no timeframe

I am currently unable to access my account and my funds remain unpaid.

I kindly request the casino to:
1. Explain what exactly is being verified
2. Provide a clear timeframe for completion
3. Process my withdrawal without further delay

At this moment, I am still waiting without any transparency.

Unfortunately, the information confirming that the provider reported a technical malfunction is internal, and we are unable to provide it directly to users. However, it has been shared with the representatives AskGamblers team.

Dear player, unfortunately, your bets placed in the game Book of Aztec occurred during the period when the technical issue took place. For this reason, the winnings from those bets were deducted.

Should the operator fail to provide such an update within the specified timeframes, the case shall be considered unresolved and will be closed accordingly. As a direct consequence of such closure, the operator's ranking score on AskGamblers will be decreased accordingly.

The casino states that the game provider did not confirm that there were no issues. However, the absence of such confirmation cannot be interpreted as evidence that an error actually occurred.

If a technical error truly existed, the casino should be able to provide a clear and direct statement from the game provider confirming:
- that an error occurred,
- the nature of the error,
- and the specific game round affected.

So far, no such confirmation has been presented
