I placed a bet of 500 USDT on Leicester to beat Nottingham Forest. Leicester lost, and I received a free bet of 500 BCD according to this promotion: https:­­//­b­c.g­­ame­­/p­r­o­mo­­tio­­n/­8­2­36­­b7f­­7a­f­5­5989.

I won 2350 BCD with the free bet and wanted to withdraw the winnings. However, I was unable to do so because there was a 10x wagering requirement in the casino. After meeting the wagering requirement, I played my way up to a total of $5,000. Suddenly my balance dropped to around $1600.

I have reached out to chat several times over the last week without solving the problem. They do not understand the problem or tell me to get back tomorrow.

Apologies for the delay. It seems like my last reply didn't go through. As per the check, I can see that the amount was credited according to the bonus terms where you got the $500 free bet, and from that, you won the $1000 max bonus which is mentioned in our bonus terms and conditions here https:­//b­c.g­ame­/he­lp/­bonus

("7. Maximum Free bets Winning: All bonus money is capped at a maximum of $1,000. Free bets received are subject to the specific terms and conditions outlined in the event, with winnings also capped at $1,000.")

But as you see, it was credited in BC, not BCD, so its trading value has increased; hence, the value of BC was high and you received $1600 as the balance.
